Prices

Each visit is charged at £8.00 for one/two pets up to a one-mile radius of The Miaow Motel. We can also water your plants and turn on lights for security purposes. POA for a larger number of cats and small furries.

​

There is a minimum charge of £15.00 for Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Day, Good Friday, Easter Monday and Bank Holidays.

We are fully insured.

​

We cover a radius of up to three miles of our postcode [NN29 7DJ]; an additional 50p is charged for journeys between 1 – 2 miles and £1.00 for journeys between 2 – 3 miles.

This includes lots of cuddles – if your pet(s) want them; daily brushing; litter changes and feeding/watering.

Terms

​

Completion of our registration form and a £10 deposit is required prior to confirmation of a booking. The deposit is non-refundable in the case of cancellation.

​

If your cat requires medication please complete the medication consent form so we are able to give it to them.

​

Payment must be made in advance prior to the booking – if payment is not received the booking will not take place.

​

Visits can be scheduled between the hours of 12:00 - 3:00pm and 7:30 - 9:00pm.

Keys can either be dropped off at The Miaow Motel – during opening hours – or posted through the door of the bungalow. Alternatively we can collect your keys for a fee of 30p a mile. Please note that it is YOUR responsibility to ensure we have the correct keys. Keys can then either be held by us in a secure cabinet; posted through your door or collected during opening hours at The Miaow Motel.

Although you can be assured of the best care we can offer in the very unlikely event of an injury, illness, death or an outdoor cat going missing we cannot accept liability.

​

If your pet becomes seriously ill, or suffers an injury, during the visit we will contact you immediately but will take them to the vet if contact cannot be made and we deem a visit necessary. We take the health and well-being of all the animals we care for seriously and are not prepared to let an animal suffer.

Any veterinary care required during the scheduled visit is the financial liability of the owner. Our usual veterinary surgeon is Swanspool who offer a 24-hour service.

We will ensure that your home is locked safely and all your instructions regarding security are followed to the letter but cannot take responsibility for burglaries whilst you are away.
